A bit about Ashish Vasudev, professionally qualified from Delhi University and XLRI jamshedpur has enjoyed an enriching career in various Multinationals based out Middle East, Africa and India in Senior Management roles. He comes from a family which has worked with Help Age (Father) , Mobile Creche (Sister) etc . Upon his return he started assisting various NGO’s like NAB (National Association of the Blind) , Delhi , as their Executive Director , Saksham and Saktek etc in the Disability space. Having found the purpose he was looking for he has now teamed up with Like-minded friend Sanjay Grover to start the above SDO (social delivery organization)
Sanjay Grover began his entrepreneurial journey in school and later pursued higher education and professional experience in the USA. With a strong track record in senior management roles across leading healthcare and pharmaceutical companies in India, he brings deep industry knowledge and a practical understanding of grassroots challenges. Passionate about social change, he actively supports healthcare initiatives and youth-focused programs in allied health and technical education—driven by his belief that even one lifetime is too short to make a lasting difference. Reunited by a shared passion for philanthropy, Sanjay and his longtime school friend Ashish Vasudev now combine their professional expertise and sense of purpose to expand their social impact and inspire transformative change in countless lives.
